VICTIMS OF CRIME REGULATION 2000 - REG 39

Case closure for an eligible victim consists of the following procedure:

        (a)     if the victim agrees—

              (i)     a discharge interview with the victim to measure the attainment of the victim's rehabilitation goals; and

              (ii)     the completion, by or on behalf of the victim, of a survey to evaluate the services received by the victim;

        (b)     the completion by the victim's case coordinator of an evaluation of, and report about, the services provided to the victim.
