VICTIMS OF CRIME REGULATION 2000 - REG 49A

The following offences are prescribed offences to which the victims services levy does not apply:

        (a)     an offence mentioned in schedule 2;

        (b)     an offence under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (ACT)

Note     A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including any regulation (see href="http://www.legislation.act.gov.au/a/2001-14" title="A2001-14">Legislation Act
