VICTIMS OF CRIME REGULATION 2000 - REG 50

Determination of fees for services provided by service providers

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, determine the fees that are payable for services provided to an eligible victim under this regulation by a service provider.

    (2)     A determination is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the href="http://www.legislation.act.gov.au/a/2001-14" title="A2001-14">Legislation Act
