Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) This Act does not purport to impose any duty on a Commonwealth body or person to exercise a function if the imposition of the duty would be beyond the legislative power of the Legislative Assembly.
(2) This section does not limit the operation of the Legislation Act, section 120 (Act to be interpreted not to exceed legislative powers of Assembly).
