Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered ActsThe Territory Minister may make an arrangement with the Commonwealth Minister under which the Territory will, from time to time as agreed on under the arrangement, make available a person who is an officer or employee of the Territory or a Territory authority or a police officer, or people who are such officers, employees or members, to perform services for the ACC.
