CRIMES (SENTENCING) ACT 2005 (NO. 58 OF 2005) - SECT 127

    (1)     The sentencing court must give a written notice of a proposed review of the offender's deferred sentence order to the offender, the chief executive and the director of public prosecutions.

    (2)     The notice must set out—

        (a)     the reasons for the review; and

        (b)     the time and place fixed for the review.
