CRIMES (SENTENCING) ACT 2005 (NO. 58 OF 2005) - SECT 22

This part applies if a court makes either or both of the following orders for an offender in relation to an offence:

        (a)     an order setting a periodic detention period;

        (b)     a good behaviour order.
