CRIMES (SENTENCING) ACT 2005 (NO. 58 OF 2005) - SECT 40

This part applies if either of the following applies to a person (the offender ):

        (a)     a court finds the offender guilty of an offence;

        (b)     the offender indicates to a court an intention to plead guilty to an offence.
