CRIMES (SENTENCING) ACT 2005 (NO. 58 OF 2005) - SECT 50

Victim impact statements—oral or written

A victim impact statement for the offence may be made as—

        (a)     a written statement signed by or for a victim of the offence; or

        (b)     a statement given orally in court by or for a victim of the offence.
