Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if a corrections officer believes, on reasonable grounds, that an offender has breached any of the offender's good behaviour obligations.
(2) The corrections officer must report the belief to the sentencing court.
(3) A report under this section must be made in writing and set out the grounds for the corrections officer's belief.
