Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if, while an offender's parole order is in force, the offender is convicted or found guilty by a court of an offence against a territory law that is punishable by imprisonment.
(2) The parole order is automatically cancelled when the offender is convicted or found guilty of the offence.
Note The court must make an order under s 161 (Cancellation of parole—recommittal to full-time detention).
