(1) This chapter is additional to, and does not limit, any other power of a court or other entity to require an offender, remandee or other person to be brought before the court or entity.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the chief executive
must arrange for an offender, remandee or other person in the chief
executive's custody to be brought before a court or other entity in accordance
with any order or direction (however described) of the court or entity.
