Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The chief executive may direct an offender, orally or in writing, to give a test sample when reporting to perform periodic detention.
(2) The provisions of the Corrections Management Act 2005 relating to alcohol and drug tests apply in relation to a direction under this section and any sample given under the direction.
