Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if an offender has approval under section 55 not to perform periodic detention for a detention period.
(2) The periodic detention period of the offender's sentence of imprisonment, and the term of the sentence, are automatically extended by 1 week for each detention period to which this section applies.
