Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The chief executive may direct an offender , orally or in writing, to submit to a frisk search when reporting to do community service work.
(2) The provisions of the Corrections Management Act 2005 relating to frisk searches apply in relation to a direction under this section and any frisk search conducted under the direction.
