Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if the Territory makes an agreement with an entity under which the offender may participate in community service work for the entity.
(2) The
chief executive must ensure that the agreement requires the entity, on the
chief executive's request, to give the chief executive written reports about
the offender's participation in the community service work.
