Section 209 (2)

    (2)     As soon as practicable after instituting the appeal, the appellant must—

        (a)     file a copy of the notice of appeal with the Magistrates Court; and

        (b)     serve a copy of the notice of appeal on—

              (i)     for an appeal mentioned in section 208 (1) (aa)—each other person mentioned in that paragraph; and

              (ii)     for any other appeal—the informant.
