CRIMES AMENDMENT ACT (NO 2) 1999 (NO. 71 OF 1999) - SECT 4

    After section 406 the following section is inserted:

“407     Abolition of presumption of marital coercion

    Any presumption of law that an offence committed by a wife in the presence of her husband is committed under the coercion of the husband is abolished.”.
