Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The chief executive may ask a referring entity to give the chief executive information about a victim, the parent of a victim, an offender or anyone else if the information is necessary for the administration of this Act.
(2) A referring entity must do everything reasonable to comply with a request under subsection (1).
