Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The chief executive must ensure that a database is kept of information in the records required to be kept under section 70 to enable research, analysis and evaluation of restorative justice.
(2) The database must be kept in accordance with the regulations.
(3) Regulations made for this section—
(a) may allow access to the information in the database by anyone for research, analysis and evaluation of restorative justice; but
(b)
must not allow access to the information in the database in any form
that would allow the identity of anyone taking part in restorative justice to
be worked out.
