CRIMES (RESTORATIVE JUSTICE) ACT 2004 (NO. 65 OF 2004) - SECT 74

    (1)     The Executive may make regulations for this Act.

Note     Regulations must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.

    (2)     Without limiting subsection (1), the regulations may make provision in relation to the following:

        (a)     referring entities for table 22, item 6;

        (b)     the qualifications and experience of convenors, for section 40 (2) (a);

        (c)     the functions of convenors, for section 41 (1) (k);

        (d)     the keeping of a database of restorative justice information, for section 71.
