Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) Payments must be made in accordance with the principle that payments for a purpose for which reserved funds may be used have priority over payments for purposes for which distributable funds may be used.
(2) The public trustee may make payments for the purposes of the trust fund.
(3) However, a payment under the equitable sharing program or from distributable funds may be made only in accordance with a written direction of the Minister.
