CONFISCATION OF CRIMINAL ASSETS ACT 2003 (NO. 8 OF 2003) - SECT 184

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     is present at an examination; and

        (b)     is not entitled under section 176 (3) (Conduct of examination) to be present.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
