Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) An issuing officer may issue a warrant to search premises if satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that there is at the premises, or will be within the next 72 hours, target material.

(2) If an application for a search warrant is made under section 203 (Applying for search warrants by telephone or other electronic means), this section applies as if the reference in subsection (1) to 72 hours were a reference to 48 hours.
