CRIMES (CHILD SEX OFFENDERS) ACT 2005 (NO. 30 OF 2005) - SECT 127

Offence—offender must not engage in child-related employment

A registrable offender commits an offence if the offender engages in child-related employment.

Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units, imprisonment for 2 years or both.
