PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1991 (NO. 103 OF 1991) - SECT 11
Appropriate court in relation to indictable offence
11. (1) Where a person is convicted of an offence before the Supreme Court,
that Court is the appropriate court in relation to the conviction.
(2) Where a
person is convicted of an offence before the Magistrates Court, that court and
the Supreme Court are both appropriate courts in relation to the conviction.
