PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1991 (NO. 103 OF 1991) - SECT 33

33. (1) A fund called the Confiscated Assets Trust Fund is established by this subsection.

(2) The Trust Fund is a trust account for the purposes of section 85 of the Audit Act 1989.
