PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1991 (NO. 103 OF 1991) - SECT 80

80. An interstate restraining order ceases to be registered under this Act if—

        (a)     the Supreme Court in which it is registered receives notice that it has ceased to be in force in the State or Territory in which it was made; or

        (b)     the registration is cancelled under section 81.
