Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts85. (1) An interstate forfeiture order registered in the Supreme Court may be enforced in the Territory as if it were a forfeiture order made under this Act at the time of registration.
(2) This Act (other than sections 21, 22 and 91) applies to an interstate forfeiture order registered in the Territory as it applies to a forfeiture order made under section 19.
