PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1991 (NO. 103 OF 1991) - SECT 88
88. (1) A facsimile copy of a sealed copy of an interstate restraining order or an interstate forfeiture order, or of a sealed copy of any amendments made to such an order, shall be regarded for the purposes of this Act as the same as the sealed copy, if the facsimile copy is itself certified in accordance with the Rules of the Supreme Court.
(2) Registration effected by means of a facsimile copy ceases to have effect
at the end of the period of 5 days commencing on the day of registration
unless a sealed copy that is not a facsimile copy has been registered by that
time.
(3) Registration of the sealed copy before the end of the period
referred to in subsection (2) has effect as from the day of registration of
the facsimile copy.
