PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1991 (NO. 103 OF 1991) - SECT 9

9. For the purposes of this Act, dealing with property of a person includes—

        (a)     if a debt is owed to that person—making a payment to any person in reduction of the amount of the debt;

        (b)     removing the property from the Territory; and

        (c)     receiving or making a gift of the property.
