PROCEEDS OF CRIME (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1991 (NO. 104 OF 1991) - SECT 4

4. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1) the following definition:“ ‘Trust Fund' means the Confiscated Assets Trust Fund established by section 33 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 1991;”.
