VICTIMS OF CRIME ACT 1994 (NO. 83 OF 1994) - SECT 17

17. The Minister may terminate the appointment of the Coordinator—

        (a)     for misbehaviour or physical or mental incapacity; or

        (b)     in accordance with the instrument of appointment.
