AGENTS AMENDMENT REGULATION 2007 (NO 1) (NO 3 OF 2007) - REG 5C

Act does not apply to Havelock Housing Association Inc—Act, s 6 (l)

The Act does not apply to—

        (a)     Havelock Housing Association Inc; or

        (b)     a person who, as an employee of Havelock Housing Association Inc, provides a real estate agent service.
