(1) This section applies if, before the commencement day—
(a) an appeal was made from a judgment of the Small Claims Court to the Supreme Court under the Magistrates Court Act 1930 , part 4.5 (Civil appeals); and
(b) the Supreme Court had not decided the appeal.
(2) The old law continues to
apply in relation to deciding the appeal.
