ANIMAL DISEASES REGULATION 2006 (NO 39 OF 2006) - REG 16

    (1)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person uses an NLIS device to tag stock; and

        (b)     the stock is already tagged with an approved NLIS device.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
