Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) This regulation applies to a person who, immediately before 1 November 2003 was employed by a licensed real estate, stock and station or business agent under the repealed Act.
(2) The commissioner for fair trading may register the person as a registered salesperson subject to the condition that the person obtain a statement of attainment, or qualification, issued by a registered training organisation certifying that the person has competency in each of the units set out in schedule 2 within 2 years after 1 November 2003.
