(1) A person has the qualifications for a real estate agents licence, stock and station agents licence and business agents licence if the person has been issued with a statement of attainment, or qualification, issued by a registered training organisation certifying that the person has competency in each of the units of the Property Development and Management Training Package (PRD01) approved by ANTA that are set out in schedule 1.
(2) A person has the qualifications for a real estate agents licence to only sell land by auction if the person has a statement of attainment, or qualification, issued by a registered training organisation certifying that the person has competency in the unit of competency PRDRE26A—conduct property sale by auction, approved by ANTA.
(3) A person has the qualifications for a licence as a travel agent if the person has, for at least 2 years before the commencement of this regulation, sold tickets entitling someone else to international air travel to or from a place outside Australia, or otherwise arranged for someone else's entitlement to such travel, and—
(a) has successfully completed a travel agent's course approved by the commissioner for fair trading, dealing (wholly or partly) with selling tickets entitling someone else to international air travel to or from a place outside Australia, or otherwise arranging for someone else's entitlement to such travel; or
(b) immediately before the repeal of the repealed Act, was eligible for the grant of a travel agent's licence under that Act.
