AGENTS REGULATIONS 2003 (NO 38 OF 2003) - REG 9

    (1)     A person has the qualifications for a position mentioned in subregulation (2) if the person has been issued with a statement of attainment, or qualification, issued by a registered training organisation certifying that the person has competency in each of the units of the Property Development and Management Training Package (PRD01) approved by ANTA that are set out in schedule 2.

    (2)     The positions are as follows:

        (a)     a real estate agent;

        (b)     a stock and station agent;

        (c)     a business agent.
