Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A carrier may, in writing, appoint a person mentioned in subregulation 7 (3) to be an authorised person for the carrier for these regulations.
(2) An authorised person must act in accordance with any conditions of appointment and any direction given to the person by the carrier.
