BUILDINGS (DESIGN AND SITING) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 54 OF 1993) - REG 4

    (a)     by omitting from paragraph (a) “or”; and

    (b)     by inserting after paragraph (a) the following paragraph:

    “(ab)     in relation to a lessee of an adjoining property to whom notice of the making of the application is given in accordance with a notification by the Authority under regulation 8A—the period of 21 days commencing on the day on which that notice is given; or”.
