BAIL REGULATIONS (NO. 30 OF 1992) - REG 4 4. A notice under paragraph 34 (4) (c) of the Act advising an accused person of the place, date and time to which proceedings are adjourned or postponed shall be given or sent to the accused person by delivering the notice to him or her or by leaving the notice at his or her last known or usual place of residence or business with a person who is apparently resident or employed at that place and apparently over the age of 16 years.
