Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(2) An accused person may not apply under section 38 of the Act for the review of a decision relating to bail where the conducting of the review would prevent the accused person from attending court as required in relation to an offence with which he or she has been charged.
