CRIMINAL CODE REGULATION 2005 (NO 2 OF 2005) - REG 2

    (1)     This regulation (other than schedule 1, part 1.1, item 39) commences on the commencement of the Criminal Code (Serious Drug Offences) Amendment Act 2004 .

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

    (2)     Schedule 1, part 1.1, item 39 commences on 1 May 2005.
