CRIMINAL CODE REGULATION 2005 (NO 2 OF 2005) - REG 9

For the Code, section 601 (2) (a), and to remove any doubt—

        (a)     the quantity mentioned in schedule 1, column 3 for a drug is a trafficable quantity of the pure form of the drug (or an associated drug or related drug); and

        (b)     the quantity mentioned in schedule 1, column 4 for a drug is a commercial quantity of the pure form of the drug (or an associated drug or related drug); and

        (c)     the quantity mentioned in schedule 1, column 5 for a drug is a large commercial quantity of the pure form of the drug (or an associated drug or related drug).
