CASINO CONTROL REGULATIONS (NO. 26 OF 1992) - REG 4

4. (1) For the purposes of subsection 80 (1) of the Act, the following kinds of cheques are specified:

        (a)     in the case of a cheque presented to the casino licensee in accordance with section 82 of the Act to redeem other cheques, a cheque—

              (i)     that is drawn in favour of the casino licensee; and

              (ii)     that is not post-dated or dated earlier than the date of the most recent of the cheques to be redeemed;

        (b)     in any other case, a cheque—

              (i)     that is drawn in favour of the casino licensee; and

              (ii)     that is not post-dated.

(2) For the purposes of subsection 80 (1) of the Act, the procedure of presenting a cheque to a cashier of the casino licensee for acceptance is specified.
