CASINO CONTROL REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 3 OF 1994) - REG 2

2. Regulation 4 of the Casino Control Regulations is amended—

    (a)     by omitting subparagraph (1) (a) (i) and substituting the following subparagraph:

    “(i)     that is drawn in favour of the casino licensee or the person presenting the cheque; and”; and

        (b)     by omitting subparagraph (1) (b) (i) and substituting the following subparagraph:

    “(i)     that is drawn in favour of the casino licensee or the person presenting the cheque; and”.
