CANBERRA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY REGULATIONS (NO. 15 OF 1994)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      These Regulations may be cited as the Canberra Institute of Technology Regulations.  
   2.      These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.  
   3.      In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—“the Act” means the Canberra Institute of Technology Act 1987.  
   4.      For the purposes of subsection 7C (2) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $500,000.
