CIVIL LAW (WRONGS) AMENDMENT REGULATION 2012 (NO 1) (NO 14 OF 2012) - REG 12A

Disclosure for the purpose of complying with a request for confidential information made by a public servant who certifies the following is prescribed:

        (a)     the public servant is responsible for administering a provision of the Workers Compensation Act 1951 on behalf of the Territory;

        (b)     the information will only be used for administering the provision.
