CIVIL LAW (SALE OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY) REGULATIONS 2004 (NO 25 OF 2004) - REG 15

Entries in bidders record to be made by seller's agent or employee of the agent

    (1)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person makes an entry in a bidders record; and

        (b)     the person is not—

              (i)     an agent of the seller; or

              (ii)     an employee of an agent of the seller acting on behalf of the agent.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
